Alba-Alba is a celebration of Albariño and Oregon Albacore Tuna. 14 producers of Albariño will be pouring tastes (bottles can be purchased in Wellspent Market), Chef Jeff Kim of Aji Fish will be doing a live dry-aged fish butchery demo at 5pm, and Mac Market businesses will have Albacore and coast-themed special menu items.

Yours truly, Day by Day Bar, will be featuring a dulse martini!

Pre-order tickets for tasting are sold out but there will be some available at the door. BUT EVEN if you don’t get in for tasting, the rest of Mac Market is open to the public and your friendly bartenders at Day by Day are happy to serve you our special martini and wine from our Small Producers Wine Residents :)
